If your home or business is located in the Chicago metropolitan area or anywhere else within our service area, you can have your
aquarium professionally maintained by The Aquarium
Professionals Group.
Important! Please read this page before completing the form.

We will only provide maintenance estimates for residential and commercial locations within Chicago and outlying suburbs.

We will only provide quotations for on-going maintenance with requested appointments at least once every four weeks. We will not respond to requests for one-time visits, aquarium moving services, or requests that imply you will be "trying" our services.

We will not respond to requests for service that require us to arrive before 9:00 AM or after 4:00 PM. Our hours of operation for regular maintenance services are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The first appointment will have an arrival time of about 9:00 AM. The last appointment of the day has an arrival time no later than 4:00 PM. We will only consider Saturday appointments for large
commercial accounts.

Due to a very high volume of e-mail, we will not respond to quotation requests from visitors who are outside our territory, or those that don't meet the criteria listed above.
Instructions:
Simply fill out the form on the next page, and provide us with details of your aquarium, how often you need service and the best days and times for service.
Within ten business days of submitting your quotation, we will contact you to set up a free consultation appointment with one of our professional aquarists in your home or place of business. The aquarist will examine and evaluate your aquarium, make revisions to the quotation if needed, and will review your quotation with you in detail and
address any questions or concerns you may have.
Once you receive your quotation, you may call us to request that we put you on our schedule or address any questions or concerns. Please note that we are booked a week or two in advance so we may not be able to get you into our regular schedule on short notice.
NOTE: You will be required to provide us with a valid credit card number before we will start servicing your aquarium. We do not accept other forms of payment. Commercial accounts with an accounts-payable department may qualify for billing, with the understanding that our invoices are due upon receipt. We do not give any form of payment "Net" terms to any account.
