If you require a proposal for a large aquarium exhibit
outside our service area, Aquarium Professionals Group can design and install aquariums
from 500 to 50,000 gallons in your home, office or business anywhere in the United States
or Canada. We are aquarium contractors with more than thirty years experience with large
exhibit-quality aquaria that most other companies won't (and shouldn't) touch.

Complete and submit the form on the next page to provide us with basic details for
your aquarium. We will then
contact you by email or telephone to discuss your aquarium in detail
or if we require clarification of your project before we prepare
your proposal.
Please note the following
before
submitting a project proposal request:

We are not a discount outlet and install everything we sell. Your
price will include labor, travel, lodging & expenses.

We declare our overhead factor, labor burden and profit margin in
our proposals.

Prices depend on jobsite location and generally start at $25,000.00
and up.

Your request must be for an aquarium system of at least 500
gallons or for multiple aquaria.

Our quotations are for complete, fully installed and decorated
aquariums, ready for stocking with fish, plants or other
livestock.
Our proposal will be turn-key unless you request otherwise.

We will locate a local resource for on-going aquarium maintenance
services for you.

Large aquarium quotes take time to prepare. Please allow 2- 3
weeks to receive our proposal.

Please provide as much detail as possible to avoid delays in
receiving
your proposal.

If you need a proposal rushed, please let us know and we'll do
our best to meet your deadline.

Our proposal will include project scope and timeline. If it is a
custom quotation and we receive enough information during our
phone consultation, a basic
list of required work "by others" will be supplied to allow you to
estimate total project cost. However, we do not perform extensive
design work without compensation or provide free consultant work
for other aquarium companies. Initial proposals do not include
complete design specifications, detailed drawings, construction
documents or other design-phase documentation. Such work will
commence upon formal acceptance and payment of an initial
consultation fee or deposit as described in the proposal.
