Rest assured that any information

regular mail or by telephone will be kept strictly confidential. We do
not sell names, e-mail addresses, or any other contact information to

A Word on Mass Marketing:
We realize that there are some
excellent, honorable mass-marketing firms out there that operate with
some degree of moral integrity. However, we also believe that many
e-mail spammers, mass junk-mailers and telemarketers are amongst the
most annoying creatures and entities on Earth, second only perhaps to
mosquitoes and house flies. We would not even consider the idea of
assisting these repugnant life-forms in their asinine endeavors by
providing them with information about you or yours.

Client References:
We rarely provide
contact references for our aquarium work and will only do so if a prospective client insists and is serious about their aquarium purchase. We maintain an extensive photographic
portfolio of our work, and believe that "a picture is worth a
thousand words."
We learned the
hard way that not all people use references for simple phone calls to
inquire about the expertise and integrity of a company. We once provided a limited
listing of customers who were both kind and generous in allowing us to
use them as references. Unfortunately, we soon found ourselves having to
apologize to these clients for some rather annoying telephone calls. A
few prospective aquarium buyers harassed our clients with numerous calls about not only our company, but every other possible aquatic subject,
and that was enough for us.
Our clients are
our most important asset. We would rather lose a new potential sale from
someone who might decide to buy an aquarium from us than lose an
existing customer who has already spent their money with us and
entrusted their aquarium to our care.
