Please note that our voice mail system is equipped with a 24/7 emergency paging system. This system is exclusively for the use of our regular aquarium maintenance clients only.
We are open 365 days a year for emergencies. We are closed for regular service on Sundays and Holidays.
*We're sorry, but due to staff limitations, we cannot answer aquarium questions or give advice out over the phone. Please use e-mail at support@aquariumprofessionals.com if you have aquarium questions or need help with your aquarium. Your first e-mail questions will be answered free-of-charge, but allow up to five business days for an answer.
Please understand that we are constantly in demand to answer aquarium questions. We wish we could spend all day helping hobbyists in need, but we have to make money so we can stay in business. We will occasionally make some time to spend with you if you call, but that time is limited. If your problem is very involved, we may request payment for our time by credit card over the phone.
