 All of our employees work hard to please our clients. They love what they do and it shows!
We hire people who are really into aquariums. Most of our aquarist staff came to us with professional experience or a minimum of five years of marine and freshwater experience. Our three-month training program hones aquarium skills, turning great hobbyists into fantastic professional aquarists. Training is supplemented with all of the latest magazines, books and videos. We spend a small fortune each year helping our employees keep up with the latest information so we can serve our
clients better.
Although we know what we're doing, none of us or our employees will ever "KNOW EVERYTHING." We know better than that. We learn new things every day, and we'll keep on learning. In the business we're in, knowledge is the road to success!
When asked "what kind of aquarium do you have at home?",
our employees typically answer: "Which one?" After all, it's not just a job . . . it's a way of life! Almost scary, isn't it?
